Making a Felt and Leather Messenger Bag

A workshop where you will learn both felt and leather techniques as you design and make a messenger bag.  You will learn simple saddlery skills, wet and needlefelting techniques as you make the bag as you make a felt and leather body.   you will learn how to handle and lay down wool, wet felting, needlefelting, colour blending and shading, how to handle and cut leather, saddle stitching, bevelling, burnishing and how to apply hardware.  All materials included.  No experience needed.  Free tea, coffee and biscuits.  £80 per person.  Please bring an apron.
