Making a Stone Set Silver Ring - £85 pp

An entry/intermediate level workshop where you will learn the art of silversmithing as you make a stone set ring.  In the morning you will make 2 silver rings.  In the afternoon you will choose and set a stone onto one of the rings.  You will learn how to size your rings, soldering, texturing, filing and polishing as you create your rings.  In the afternoon you will choose the setting you want to make and create it then set it onto the ring before finally adding your stone and refinishing.  All materials included.  No experience needed.  Free tea, coffee and biscuits.  As this is an all day event please bring a packed lunch.  Please also bring reading glasses and a hair tie if you use them.  £85 per person with balance due on the day.
