Making a Stone Set Silver Ring - £85pp

An intermediate level workshop where you will learn silversmithing as you make 2 silver stacking rings and then set one with a stone.   In the morning you will learn how to size your rings, soldering, texturing, filing and polishing to create your rings.  In the afternoon you will select your stone, make or adapt a setting of your choice and then set your stone.  You will learn how to create settings, soldering, burnishing and finishing your quality item.  All materials included.  No experience needed.  Free tea, coffee and biscuits.  As this is an all day event you will need to bring a packed lunch.  Please also bring reading glasses and a hair tie if you use them.  £85 per person with the balance due on the day.
